NESN 360 Onboarding
As we were the first RSN in the country to launch a DTC streaming option (NESN 360) to its fans, we needed a seamless onboarding flow to get the users to subscribe to the offering. I worked with Sales, Marketing, UX Research, and Upper Management very closely to complete this project.
This project includes Login, Sign-Up, Forgot Password, Yearly Offering, Monthly Offering, Option to Use Your TV Subscription, Stripe Payment Integration, Success Message, and all of the error screens in-between. I started with flow diagrams just so we could all wrap our heads around everything. As I continued through iterations of designs, I had to weather the storm of changing priorities and input from many departments. As this was the first offering in the country of its kind, we were obsessed with getting things right on the (almost) first try.
